Treasurer’s Report:
An approximate balance was provided by Mark Yost [$8600.00]. The Full Treasurer’s report will be given at next meeting.
Committee Reports:
Membership: 68 paid members (Membership renewal now underway)
Membership Renewal: Please see Debbie Webber to renew your membership and to update your information.

Convention:
· Money and completed forms were due to Andrea Yost for convention (April 2, 2007). Sign-up sheets were available for convention activities (volleyball, horseshoes, miniature golf, scavenger hunt, etc.)
· RR73 will be running the Punt, Pass and Kick competition again this year. Need volunteers to help with this activity which will take place 2-6 pm on Saturday. Volunteers need not work the entire time.
Convention Parade:
· Motion made for $1000.00 for float construction and outfitting. Motion passed.
· If any members have a military uniform(s) and can wear or lend for use during parade please let Barb or Gail know.
· Motion made for $100.00 for spare tire and repairs to trailer. Motion passed.
· Next meeting for parade 7:00 pm April 4, 2007; everyone is welcome.
Shrimp Feast: Saturday, August 18, 2007. Tickets should be available at next meeting along with other pertinent details.
Wellness: Everyone is well. Bridgette and Gary will be expecting a new Ravens Fan in November, Congratulations!
Events/Entertainment:
APRIL
4th – Next parade/Float meeting Laidback Lenny’s 7:00 pm
21st – Oriole Bus Trip
28th – Party at Lenny’s for RR82; We (RR73) would like to welcome RR82 with a great turnout. A sign-up sheet was available for pot luck dishes to share.
MAY
11th – Harbor Cruise $50 per person; Check due to Bridgette by April 20th 2007
12th – Horseshoe Tournament at Timber Creek vs. RR82; 2 persons per team $15 /person; See Bridgette for sign-up.
22nd – Carson’s Creek Guest Bartender Challenge: we will compete again on May 22nd for the $450 prize. All bar receipts for food and drink will be tallied. Invite friends and family to support a painless fundraiser. If you are interested in being a Guest Bartender see Bridgette at the May meeting.
JUNE
31st May thru 3rd June – Convention and Parade, Ocean City, Maryland
JULY
2nd – Crab Feast at Lenny’s: July meeting. Members Only. Date to be confirmed.
20th – River Crawl: Boat leaving from Eastern Yacht Club July 20th; Stopping at River Watch, Wild Duck and Carson’s Creek. There is room for 36 on boat; preference will be given to those who participated in First Carson’s Creek Guest Bartender Challenge; followed by RR73 Officers and Chair people. Any extra available seats will be available via drawing. No Alcohol on boat. A refundable $10 deposit will be required for boat. Please "Pay as you Go" (no tabs please).
AUGUST
18th – Shrimp Feast to be held at the UAW Hall located at Oldham and O'Donnell Streets from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am. The cost is $40.00 per person and music will be by F.O.G. For more information contact Sandra Braun at shrimpfeast@ravensroost73.com
OLD BUSINESS:
Bowling Night: Friday, March 9, 2007 was a big success! A good time was had by all even though RR73 lost by 9 pins. Consolation… Mike Weaver won the bowling ball (well maybe not so much…).
NEW BUSINESS:
Suggestion was made to Sponsor a softball team; to be discussed further.
50/50 winner was Kenny Sinnott - $69 dollars
