Tailgate

Thank you to everyone who worked at the Tailgate party including the kitchen crew, setup crew, pit crew, door crew, wheel / laydown crew, clean up crew.  Thanks to Barry for all his hard work getting the bar ready for the day. We made $1754 on the tailgate.

Basket Bingo

Basket Bingo was a success.  We made approx $674 on the night.

Shrimp Feast

Turn in money or tickets tonight.  The shrimp feast is this coming Satuday.  We have 83 tickets paid, 50 out.  Need to sell more tickets. If you can help decorate the hall, please let Kenny know.

Social Events/ Other Events

Oct 18 is the Komen Run/Walk - 12 registered walkers.Taking a smaller bus.  If you are walking, let Gail know if you will ride the bus and let her know your shirt size.  Please support the roost team if you are not walking.

December 12 will be the Christmas party.  Bottle of liquor for the wheel barrow of cheer is the price of admission for the party.

Other Business

The Roost is looking for a shed to keep at Lenny's to store our stuff.  20 ft. container.  Mike Weaver has one for $500 (regularly $2400).  If you know of any for sale, let Lenny know.

Parade - decision for float or no float will be made.  The Buomi temple had a float trailer (25 ft triple axle) for sale for $100.  Lenny bought it. 

Bull Roast will be 3/6.  No Pets for Noah will play again.  Tickets should be available at November meeting.
