Acceptance of Minutes for September
Treasurer’s Report: Jim will send me a copy to attaché to original meeting minutes via email.
Vice President‘s Report: Al is looking into having a shrimp feast in August 2007. More information on this to follow.
Council Report: The court hearing for the treasurer has been postponed until October.
Ravens Roost 93 has been approved.
Events that other Roosts are having will be posted on the Bulletin Board at Lenny’s.

Membership: 90 paid members.

Bull Roast: Saturday, March 3, 2007. Tickets will be given out at our November General Meeting. Ticket price is $40.00 with a $5.00 rebate back to all members. All money is due the 1st weekend in February. Any liquor you would like to donate for the wheel barrow of cheer please see Mike or Gail. There will be a sign up sheet for anyone wishing to volunteer.
Away Trip: All members of our roost are on the first flight (leaves BWI at 7:30 a.m.) arrives in Nashville at 8:25 a.m. (their time.) For those members who are going on the trip please See Lenny.
Events:
Breast Cancer Walk: October 21, 2006.
T-Shirts are in see Terri before you leave tonight.
Transportation is provided to and from the walk. The bus will leave from Lenny’s at 7:00 a.m. The bus will leave from the walk at 11:30 a.m. and should be back at Lenny’s by 12. Lunch will be provided by Lenny‘s when we get back.
· Entertainment:
1. Atlantic City Day Trip: Saturday, October 14. Meet at Lenny’s at 8:30 a.m.
There are 14 members who are not paid. 7 seats are open; they will be given on a first come first serve basis. If interested in a seat please see Bridgette.
2. Xmas Party: Saturday, December 9, 2006. Admission will be a donated bottle of cheer.
3. Pub Crawl: THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO OUR ROOST MEMBERS. Friday, January 12, 2007. Transportation is provided by our Roost, please meet at Lenny’s before 7:00 p.m. THE BUS WILL LEAVE AT 7:00 P.M. sharp, WITH OR WITHOUT YOU. More information to follow.
4. Polar Plunge: January 27, 2007. Transportation is provided to and from the plunge. We will tailgate so BYOB. Food will be provided but we ask that each of you who will be attending please bring a covered dish. A sign up sheet will be available at our next general meeting in November. More information to follow.
