Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm

Wellness:  No report

Happy Birthday to Tom Fiedler

Council Report:  The Council’s Annual Bull Roast will be held February 26^th at the Patapsco Arena.  More information about this event will be forthcoming.  We have been given raffle tickets for their wagon of cheer to sell.  As in years’ past, we will also have 20 tickets to the event.

Board of Directors Meeting:   At the Board meeting held earlier this evening, it was voted to donate $100.00 to Wilma Webber to help defray the cost of sending boxes to our troops in Iraq for Christmas. 

We received a certificate of recognition and thank you letter from PAL for our financial support of their annual golf tournament.  We donated $100.00 to sponsor a hole in this event.

We also voted to again support the Shop with a Cop program this year by donating $500.00 to the cause.  The event this year will be held on Saturday, December 11^th.

Other donations voted on included $200.00 to Laidback Lenny’s for Lunch with Santa on Saturday the 11^th and $200.00 for Carson’s Creekside for Breakfast with Santa to be held on Sunday the 19^th. 

Treasurer’s Report:  We currently have a working balance of $9,965.00. 

Committee Reports

Membership:  No report

Entertainment:  There was not enough interest in the trip to NY on Saturday December 4th, so there will be no bus from Lenny’s.  But there is a bus leaving from the White Marsh Park & Ride at 6:15 a.m. at a cost of $40.00 per person.  If you would like more information, please see Bridgett.

Publicity:  No report

Old Business 

Members Contest:  Congratulations to Mike Sweeney on winning the contest from week 6.  Mike will receive a $25.00 gift certificate to Laidback Lenny’s.  Also we would like to congratulate 2 winners from week 9.  Debra Kinnear and Gary Palmer will each receive a gift certificate for $17.50.  (No winner on week 7 and week 8 was our bye)

Road Trip

Our trip to Charlotte is right around the corner.  Andrea will be handing out game tickets this evening so be sure to see her to get yours.  Just an FYI – There is no hotel shuttle from the airport, but there are commercial shuttles available.   We are still looking into a tailgate party, so please provide Andrea with your cell phone # so that we may call with information.

Christmas Party

Our members only Christmas Party is Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 7 -12.  We will again have a great menu thanks to Sandra, Cheryl and Glenn.  Also to our delight, will be Kathy Sweeney’s candy table (yeah!) There will be a gift exchange of Ravens items not to exceed $15.00 in value if you would like to participate.   Please RSVP to Lenny by no later than Wednesday, December 8^th for an accurate head count on food.  Also, please bring a bottle to support the Wheelbarrow of Cheer raffle which will be drawn at our annual bull and oyster roast in March.
