Membership

86 members as of 7/6/09 - 1 new application to be presented to the Board at the next meeting.

If you need a membership card see Gail.  Lenny reminded everyone that with your membership card you can get 10% off your tab once a month at Laidback Lenny's and that includes crab night.

Tailgate

Tailgate tickets are available.  $15 for members, $20 for non-members.  Tailgate is for the Ravens / Patriots game on Oct 4 from 11-4.  If you would like to be on the planning committee or need tickets please see Mark Yost.

Season ticket raffle

Gail reported that sales are way behind and that we need help bringing this to a successful close.  As of the meeting date we would lose money (the tickets cost more than we had sold to date).

Drawing will be held at the next meeting.

You can turn in your sold tickets and money at Lenny's in sealed envelopes with your name on it.

Publicity

A newsletter is underway.  We submitted articles to the local papers for the OC convention and the Scholarship presentation.

Atlantic City Trip - August 22 - Pay for your spaces tonight

July 24th Bowling at 6:30 -  $14 per person also due tonight

Sat. Sept 12th @ 2 p.m.  - Horseshoe tournament - Luck of the draw partner.  8 teams of 2, 15 min rounds, single elimination, $5 per person, other fun games

Members crab feast will be Sat. Sept 19th at 3 p.m.  $10 per person, members only, sign up sheet at the August meeting (pay then.
