Note: General Meeting Minutes will be posted on our website. For those who cannot access the internet you can ask to have the minutes mailed to you or we will have extra copies at each general meeting.
Treasurer’s Report: Attached copy with original minutes.
President’s report: M&T Bank will be having playoff celebrations. Sign up for a checking account (you must go to the branch to do this) and get free give a ways.

Bull Roast: Saturday, March 3, 2007. There are 3 tables left. Ticket price is $40.00 with a $5.00 rebate back to all members. All money is due at the February 5th general meeting. If you have tickets for a table and do not have them sold, you also need to turn them in at the February 5th general meeting. A sign up sheet for the Bull Roast is available. Please sign up to help out.
Raffle Tickets are also available for the Basket of Cheer, see Mike Weaver.
Nominations: Ron Bergman will be the chairman of this committee. Nominations for office will be held at our next general meeting on February 5, 2007.
At our March 5th general meeting we will be voting for a President, Vice President, Secretary, 3 Board of Directors, and Recording Secretary. Please plan to attend and vote.
Auditing: Jim will be getting in touch with Jenna Adle Lyon to have the books audited within the next month or so.
Convention: If you had a room last year at the "Castle in the Sand" you only have till the 15th to renew. If you don’t plan on attending this year, renew anyway and someone will take it from you.
Events:
Polar Plunge website: you can go to www.somd.com for
online pledges or if you want to sign up to be a plunger. There will also be a donation jar on the bar. Plunge date is January 27, 2007. There are 13 seats left on the bus. If interested first come, first serve. The bus will leave at 7:30 a.m. 5 of our members will plunge.Entertainment:
Christmas Party: Great Job and Thanks to All!
Pub Crawl: Shirts are in. Please see Gary if you ordered one. The bus will leave at 7:00 p.m sharp from Lenny’s. Friday, January 12, 2007. Please "Pay as you Go" (no tabs please)
Game Night at Lenny’s: Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome!.
Lady Terps –vs- Duke: Sunday, February 18, 2007, at 4:00. 16 tickets are left if interested see Shelly. The money for this event is due at our February 5th general meeting.
Bowling Night: Friday, March 9, 2007. Bowling alley TBA. Friends and Family (adults) are welcome to join us.
Oriole Bus Trip: Saturday, April 21, 2007.
Harbor Cruises: Friday, May 11, 2007. 7-10 p.m. $58.00 per person.
Raven’s Roost Convention: May 31-June 3, Ocean City.
Crab Feast at Lenny’s: July meeting. Members Only
OLD BUSINESS:
Harley Tickets: Need in by January Council meeting. Drawing will be at the Polar Plunge.
Shop with a Cop: A thank you note was read for our donations, and Terri has pictures of this event in the scrapbook.
NEW BUSINESS:

RR73 MVP AWARD: A MVP is a person who has worked hard for the Roost, readily accepts responsibility, and accomplishes tasks without close supervision—an enthusiastic hard worker! Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to nominate (1) member of Ravens Roost 73 for the MVP Award for 2006. Every member in the Roost is eligible for this award EXCEPT the current President (Mark Yost). You can email Mark your ballot or you can turn your ballot in at our next general meeting 2/5/07. The winner will be announced at our Bull Roast in March. Last year’s winner was Lenny Banack. You may also vote online for those who cannot make the meeting.
