Treasurer's Report

$10,485.98 as of meeting.  Still waiting for expenses from Christmas party.

Winter newsletter will be sent out shortly.

 

Special Presentation

Steve Werch who is running for Baltimore County Council from the 6th District introduced himself to the Roost and spoke briefly.

  

 

Bull Roast

Please see Al for tickets - all but one table is out.    A sign up sheet to work the booths at the bull roast will be available at the Feb meeting. 

A Halotu Ngata signed picture will be raffled off at the Bull Roast.  Paul McMullen won the picture and donated it back to the Roost to be raflled.  1/2 proceeds will go to Eastern Interfaith Outreach and 1/2 to the roost. 

 

 

Social Events/ Other Events

 

The Council Bull Roast will be 2/27.  See Lenny if you are interested in going.

 

MVP award nominations should be submitted to Andrea Yost by email before the February meeting. 

 

Nominations for officers and board members will take place at the February meeting. 

 

 

 

Other Business

Gail Weaver reported that Janet Depner - former Roost member - passed away after a battle with cancer.  The roost will make a donation to Susan G Komen in her memory. 

 

Polar Bear plunge - a $500 donation will be made in the name of RR73.    

 

 

50/50 Raffle

Raffle Winner - Sue Harper - $75
