General Meeting Notes

Meeting called to order:        7:30 pm

Membership:              No new guests. Currently 109 members. March is membership renewal.  Please complete the form and pay dues at the next meeting.  $25 for single or $40 for couple

Minutes:                     January minutes were posted.

Treasury Report:       Beginning balance $5369.28

                                    Outstanding commitments

                                                Council Basket Cheer-$100.00

                                    Net Balance $4889.29

                                    If you would like a copy of the financial report give Jim Finck your name and he would be happy to provide a copy.

Council Report:          Council Bull Roast at Patapsco Arena “Crystal Clear” will be playing on February 23; tickets available $38

Website:                     A Bulletin Board has been added to the website.  This will be a place where notices for babies, get well, etc. can be posted.

Publicity:                     Newsletter out with articles and fan spotlights.

Convention:                Registration for convention next meeting $55.00/person

                                    Theme announced “Purple Pride on the Field and in the Community”

                                    Parade meeting will be announced.  Sign-up for events next meeting. Those who register after April 18^th will not get souvenir pack.
