General Meeting Notes

April 7, 2008

Meeting called to order:        7:45 pm

Membership:              Four new members.  If you haven’t renewed your membership and would like to, please complete the form and pay dues at the next meeting.  $25 for single or $40 for couple

Minutes:                     March minutes were posted.

Treasury Report:      

                                    If you would like a copy of the financial report give Jim Finck your name and he would be happy to provide a copy.

Council Report:          None

Website:                     A Bulletin Board has been added to the website.  This will be a place where notices for babies, get well, etc. can be posted.

Publicity:                     Newsletter out with articles and fan spotlights.

Convention:                Registration for convention next meeting due by April 16th $55.00/person.

                                    Parade meetings currently taking place Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.  Construction of float underway; anyone interested in helping is welcome.

                                    Sign-up for events; Teams with captains and cell phone contacts obtained.

Historian:                   No Report

Wellness:                    Everyone is well.

Entertainment:           Bowling with Roost 82 on April 25^th; $13-$16 per person.

                                    Pub Crawl May 9^th; $10 deposit for bus will be returned the night of crawl. Shirts available at ~$8.

                                    Atlantic City Trip June 28^th; $25 per person with $15 back to play.  Bring your own beer.

                                    July event to be planned. August Crab Feast for members only.
